HISTORY

The Solomons have been married since 2020. Randy has more than a decade of experience leading various ministries within churches. Elaine began serving as a missionary to those involved in human trafficking in 2012. They established Justice Ministry Network, Inc. together in 2025.

ROLE

Ministry staff work to build partnerships with the evangelical Christian faith community and the anti-trafficking professional community in their state in order to build valuable connections between the two. They lead JMN’s flagship training Pathway to Freedom and coordinate volunteers on JMN Serve Paths like Motel Outreach, Princess Night, Online Outreach, Awareness + Prevention, and Safe Home Support. They also host JMN community building events for our growing in-person and online community.
